Question: What will the language of the conference be?

Answer: The European Training Conference’s audience consists of trainers and coaches from, mainly, Europe. To make the conference accessible for all, all sessions will be presented in English.

Question: I waited too long to complete my registration, it now expired. What can I do?

Answer: It can happen that steps like the payment step take too long and the system cancels the process. This is a security feature that can’t be helped. Best thing to do is restart the registration. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

Question: I truly intended to come, however I can’t help having to cancel my attendance. How can I cancel my registration?

Answer: Send us an email with your request at registration@europeantrainingconference.com, referring to your order number (Order #000). Our team will get back to you as soon as possible and make the necessary arrangements.

Question: If I have to cancel, will I get a refund?

Answer: Here’s our cancellation policy:

At cancellation, the ETC foresees in:

  • a full refund if cancelled before October 1st, 2017*
  • a 50% refund if cancelled between October 1st and 15th, 2017*
  • no refund if cancelled between October 15th and 31st, 2017. However you’ll have the option to transfer your registration to another individual or to receive a credit for the 2018 conference
  • no refund if cancelled after November 1st, 2017

* There will be no refund on the administrative fees, only on the registration fees and add-ons.
